As a clinician, I help individuals discover the tools and coping strategies needed to overcome a variety of life stresses, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. I believe that each challenge before us, encourages us to grow and learn while also promoting resiliency.

I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing an environment that is safe, supportive, and non-judgmental is a vital element of therapy. The attributes I possess which include compassion and empathy, have proven effective when assisting clients establish excellent problem-solving skills.

When providing services, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy are three types of psychotherapy treatments that I utilize and find effective. I believe these treatments along with techniques, such as meditation, can assist with helping clients make positive shifts in all areas of life.

While facing obstacles in life is inevitable, I believe each challenge gives us the opportunity for self-improvement and a sense of accomplishment when overcoming these stressful situations. By accepting and facing difficulties head on, I believe we are able to enhance our confidence and experience more peace in our lives.
